Prime Commercial Lending, a division of Prime Mortgage Lenders, Inc. is an International Wholesale Commercial lender specializing in financing of large commercial real estate transactions. We bring capital to large business owners and commercial real estate owners who have been underserved by traditional lending institutions. We originate conventional and non-recourse commercial loans starting from $10,000 for borrowers who seek a simplified, quick loan process.

Types of projects:
All types of large residential and commercial real estate developments, mergers and acquisitions financing for successful companies seeking to expand or buy out other companies, energy projects such as power plants, ethanol plants, oil and gas refineries, large infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, railroads, cement plants, hotels, and casinos, community projects such as schools, government centers, movies, beach resorts, and cruise liners, etc.

Types of financing:
Loan terms and conditions are dependent upon the perceived risk of the project and the strength of the principals; however the rates and terms are very competitive. Prime Commercial Lending seeks financing periods of at least 10 years, with rates starting at 6% with loan to value rations up to 100%. All loans carry No pre-payment penalties; a 25 or 30 year amortization may be available. Interest only financing is available. All loans are subject to underwriting and approval.

Submission Process:
Begin the process by logging into our Secure 1003 application link. Once you have put together a complete package, your Account Executive will supply you with a submission sheet. The submission sheet along with the complete package can either be e-mailed or mailed to one of our locations. Incomplete packages will get sent back to the originating broker/borrower.

Approval Process:
Underwriting will depend upon the complexity of the project. Refer to your Account Executive for current turn around times.

Documents/Funding Process:
Documents and funds will be ordered immediately once all conditions have been met.
